Job Overview:
Zion Equities is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our esteemed team in New York City. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our valued investors, ensuring transparency and effective communication regarding our real estate investment strategies and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective investors, providing them with timely updates, reports, and insights into our real estate investment activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, addressing concerns and inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborate closely with internal investment teams to gather pertinent information and insights for investor presentations and communications.
- Coordinate and facilitate investor meetings, calls, and events, ensuring seamless execution and satisfaction among participants.
- Contribute to the development and execution of investor relations strategies, aimed at enhancing investor confidence and satisfaction.
Background Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in investor relations, preferably within the real estate investment industry.
