Position:  Marketing Assistant

Job Overview:
Zion Equities is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of marketing principles. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading real estate investment firm.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and report findings to the marketing team
  • Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Organize and manage marketing events, including webinars, open houses, and industry conferences.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for prospective clients and investors.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing department, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining databases.
Background Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., MailChimp, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of real estate market dynamics is a plus.
