Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and report findings to the marketing team
- Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Organize and manage marketing events, including webinars, open houses, and industry conferences.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for prospective clients and investors.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing department, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining databases.
Background Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., MailChimp, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite).
